Consolidating the procedure completing the square through multiple languages

The teaching material contains language reflections to deepen students’ understanding of the procedure „kwadraat afsplitsen“ (completing the square), through connecting geometric and algebraic meanings. The material is intended to consolidate procedures for solving quadratic equations. As part of that consolidation, students deepen their understanding by connecting quadratic equations to geometric area representations.
